Rage, jocul ingediend de John Carmack la Quakecon 2010,este disponibil de mai bine de jumatate de an in AppStore atat pentru iPhone cat si pentru tableta iPad. Rage este deja disponibil pe PlayStation 2 si Xbox 360 unde a avut un enorm succes iar versiunea pentru iDevices a atras deja cateva sute de mii de descarcari de la lansare si pana in prezent. In cursul serii trecute, compania producatoare a jocului a anuntat lansarea unui nou update pentru versiunea dedicata tablete iPad iar mai jos aveti toate noutatile aduse de acasta versiune :
- Recompiled under iOS 4 for better OS compatability
- Optimized for the iPad 2 including HDMI TV output
- Analog thumbstick added as a control option
- Melee mechanic added as a gameplay tweak and content perk . Melee triggered if iOS device shook forward.
