Stim cu totii despre problemele cu semnalul pe iPhone 4 insa mai sus aveti primul clip video care demonstreaza ca aceste probleme afecteaza calitatea convorbirilor daca telefonul este tinut “incorect”. In clipul video demonstratia problemelor cu semnalul se rezuma doar la a plimba degetul pe antenele telefonului si puteti observa ca nu e nevoie sa tinem efectiv telefonul in palma pentru a afecta semnalul ci e de ajuns sa tinem un deget pe antena si semnalul dispare.
Steve Jobs a mai primit e-mailuri de la posesori de iPhone 4 ingrijorati de aceasta problema si deocamdata CEO-ul Apple o tine pe a lui, adica nu recunoaste problemele cu semnalul insa ne indeamna sa “tinem aproape” si probabil se refera la faptul ca maine sau in cursul saptamanii viitoare va fi disponibil in iTunes iOS 4.0.1 care se zvoneste ca ar rezolva problemele cu semnalui si nu numai. My buddy has the same issue and he called AppleCare and was shipped a free bumper case. I called too, 2 hours and 3 dropped calls later, I was told that nobody is getting free bumpers. Which is strange because I saw my friends email confirmation showing he was getting a free one. I tried to get one on launch day but the store was sold out. Is there anything you or one of your executive escalations people can do? I love everything about the phon eexcept my signal issues. I hope to hear back with good news.
