In cursul noptii trecute aplicatia Facebook pentru iOS a fost actualizata, versiunea 5.5 fiind acum disponibila pentru posesorii de iDevice-uri. Aceasta noua versiune aduce butoane cu un design modificat care ar trebui sa usureze procesul de comentare, share si oferire de like-uri in News Feed, insa pentru SUA si Canada exista acum posibilitatea de a efectua apeluri VoIP gratuite direct din aplicatie. Din pacate acestea sunt noutatile, pentru restul lumii apelurile gratuite nu sunt disponibile inca, dar vor fi disponibile cel mai probabil in viitor.
