Firmware SDK 3.2 beta 2 released and firmware 3.1.3 extends battery life

Last night Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), sent beta version 2 to the developers the SDK for 3.2 firmware tool with which developers can create applications for iPad for now but soon and for iPhone / iPod Touch.

Although 3.2 firmware it has not been released in beta version yet, in March when it will be released iPad will be officially launched and 3.2 firmware because the possessors of iPad they must have the possibility to restore if they need and only then we will see what he is preparing Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), for us. However, it should be noted that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), rush to release beta versions a the SDK and solving bugs because the first SDK for 3.2 firmware it was launched on January 27 after the keynote Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), when it was officially presented iPad and now, 2 weeks later, beta version 2 appears. Until the official release in March, May is about a month and it is possible to see at least one more beta version, I just hope that then Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), to launch 3.2 firmware and for iPhone / iPod Touch and introduce something new into it.

Firmware 3.1.3 is the big scare of the last days due to the fact that with the update to the new version of iPhone OS users lose the ability to decode iPhones but some also lose the possibility to jailbreak probably for quite a long period of time.

Although everyone avoids it, for some the update was auspicious because quite a few users reported that with the update to the new baseband the battery life improved but with it the quality of the signal WiFi. It seems that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), played a little with the settings of the new baseband and the new version really brings something good.

If there are users among you who updated baseband, please leave 2 words if you felt any improvement in battery life or signal WiFi.
