Fuzzyband Downgrader update and a VERY useful application from iH8sn0w

Fuzzyband Downgrader is a very useful application for iPhone 3G what this model of iPhone who have bootloader 5.08 (ie phones manufactured before September 2008) to downgrade the baseband of the phone to keep the possibility of unlocking.

The situation is somewhat similar to the one now, referring to the new bootrom introduced by Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), in October this year which concerns the owners of iPhone / iPod Touch with this bootrom, from making a permanent jailbreak of the phone.

The number of owners of iPhone 3G cu boot loader 5.08 it is very small but for those who still own such a phone, Fuzzyband Downgrader was updated today and is compatible with 3.1.3 firmware and baseband 05.012.01, so they can downgrade the baseband to a version that is compatible with an unlock software. The application can be installed directly from Cydia and it's free.

iH8sn0w, the developer of the application sn0wbreeze which allows you to create custom ipsw's directly from Windows decided to make an application for iPhone which will tell users if their phone is compatible with any software for decoding or if they have a new bootrom and cannot benefit from a permanent jailbreak solution for now.

The application does not yet have a name and no further details are known about it, but to be honest, it seems to me a very good idea to create such an application, especially with the recent 3.1.3 firmware si the bootrom new that creates so many problems for users.

I am looking forward to the application, I hope it will be better than sn0wbreeze and with fewer bugs.
