Apple has officially asked Gizmodo to return the found prototype

On the left side you have what appears to be a letter sent from the legal department of those at Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), by Gizmodo asking them to return the prototype iPhone 4G/HD which Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), consider it stolen.

Besides the letter, Brian Lam, the director Gizmodo he also received several phone calls from Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), in which he was asked the same thing, so if until now you didn't think that the device was a prototype of iPhone, maybe this evidence will make you change your mind.

Brian Lam stated that Gizmodo will send the prototype back to Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), to avoid any kind of legal dispute, but that matters less now since what was important to us was to find out everything we could about the mysterious device found in a bar in San Jose.

It's true that this whole story is stitched together in places, but TERMINAL it looks as real as possible and largely falls within the production characteristics of one iPhone, but personally I don't think that this is the final version of the new one iPhone but only a prototype for tests that has 60% of the characteristics of the new one iPhone 4G/HD.
