The hardware components of the iPhone 4

I'll see you in the morning submitted an article highlighting the fact that the new iPhone 4 has the A4 1Ghz processor from the iPad but also 512MB RAM, the information coming from the website of iFixit who disassembled an iPhone 4 as soon as the terminal was delivered to them. Now it's time to see the other hardware components that Apple managed to "cram" inside the new iPhone 4 design:

  • a 3.7V 1420 mAh Li-Polymer battery larger than the one in Nexus One and HTC Droid Incredible;
  • new audio chip that led to an increase in the performance of the built-in speakers;
  • UMTS, GPS, WiFi and Bluetooth antennas integrated in the aluminum structure of the case;
  • AGD1 – the new gyroscope;
  • microphones for canceling background noises;
  • audio code 338S0589 Cirrus Logic;
  • BCM4329FKUBG Broadcom chip with WiFi 802.11n, Bluetooth 2.1, EDR and FM receiver;
  • GPS chip BCM4750IUB8 Broadcom;
  • the 2 Corning Gorilla glass panels;
  • the A4 chip that contains a 8GHz ARM Cortex A1 processor and 512MB RAM;
  • 5 megapixel camera;
  • Front camera;
  • Accelerometer.

iPhone 4 is extremely well equipped in terms of hardware and I say that it is perhaps one of the fastest, if not the fastest, smartphones on the market today.
