Will we have subsidized iPhone 4 in Romania?

Today I found out that, finally, the law was passed that obliges mobile phone operators, and not only that, to conclude contracts for an unlimited period, that is, we will say goodbye to the contracts by which we were bound to be tied to any operator for 2 years mobile telephony and we will have the possibility to cancel the contract when we want without paying any kind of compensation to the operator. This law was adopted by the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies and is to be promulgated by President Traian Basescu, then it will be published in the Official Gazette and probably 3 days after its publication in the MO it will enter into force.

I, for one, welcome this law, I've been waiting for it for a long time, but now I'm thinking what else could motivate Orange to offer subsidized phones. A mobile phone operator offered a phone at a lower price if you sign a 2-year subscription, but if now that contract no longer keeps you "tied" to them, you can leave at any time and the subsidy could be harmful for the operator.

In the current situation, I say that you should prepare for the situation in which Orange will NOT offer a subsidized iPhone and you will have to pay for it at the standard price, i.e. about 600€ probably. Of course, these are only speculations and it would not hurt to find out the official position of those from Orange regarding this law.
