The iPhoDroid project has been suspended

The iPhoDroid project, which brings iPhone 2G/3G users the possibility to install Android 2.2 Froyo on their terminals, was suspended yesterday due to problems with the Windows version of iPhoDroid. It seems that the guys used software protected by copyright law in the new version for Windows and received several notifications about the problems that could arise as a result of their unauthorized use. In addition, it seems that the developers of the project were accused of distributing infected versions of iPhoDroid, but in reality it was about archives uploaded by others on certain sites.

Until then, the project was suspended and the developers are trying to find solutions to make a "clean" version of iPhoDroid for Windows. Although initially it was said that the entire forum would be closed and that there would be no more publicity for the project, the support forums were still opened for Mac si Windows. If you look carefully, you will notice that on the forum for Windows there are of course the most reported problems.

So iPhoDroid is dead for now but does anyone care? Not because I couldn't use it, but from what I've seen, even those who used it weren't too happy with the result.
