iTunes version 10.1 has just been released by Apple! This version will need to be installed on your computers if you want to update to iOS 4.2, which should be released on November 16. Without this new version of iTunes you will not be able to update to iOS 4.2 in any way because the old iTunes versions are not compatible with this new software.

UPDATE 2 : This new version of iTunes does not affect the jailbreak/unlock.
