Last night MuscleNerd reconfirmed, if needed, that the new decoding solution will work both on the 05.14.02 baseband from iOS 4.1 and on the 05.15.04 baseband from iOS 4.2.1. With the release of the new version of ultrasn0w you will be able to decode any baseband of the iPhone 3G/3GS, but unfortunately if you have an iPhone 4 you will not be able to decode the basebands from iOS 4.1/4.2.1 yet because the development of this solution requires a bit more time .
Regarding the availability, I have nothing new for you, you already know that tomorrow is the deadline for the release of the decoding solution and I assume that the Dev Team will release it before this deadline, i.e. today.
