Apple Support Profile is a new section, recently launched on the Apple website, where owners of Apple products can register their devices, find out information about the warranty status and check if their device is eligible for warranty and set dates when they can consult an Apple genius. This new section is very easy to use, basically enter there, enter the serial number of your terminal from: Settings>General>About>Serial number, the site will automatically recognize your terminal and inform you about the warranty status, the possibility of receiving help by phone/etc.
To access this page, you must register with your Apple ID and if you have already purchased products with it, they will automatically be displayed there. Unfortunately, this section is not really that useful for Romania considering that there are no Apple Stores here.
