sn0wbreeze 2.2 available, does untethered jailbreak on iOS 4.2.1

sn0wbreeze is the program with which we can make a custom ipsw for iOS 4.2.1 directly from Windows. Dev Team released this evening PwnageTool 4.2 which allows us to make a custom ipsw from Mac OS X, but iH8sn0w released sn0wbreeze 2.2 which allows us to do the same thing from a PC. This version of sn0wbreeze should be available for all terminals regardless of bootrom or baseband version.

sn0wbreeze 2.2 does not solve the problems with the iPad 06.15.00 baseband, nor does it decode for the other basebands.

sn0wbreeze has always had problems, so I recommend you wait until tomorrow to see if overnight iH8sn0w will not release new versions of the program. I won't make a tutorial yet because I don't have much confidence in iH8sn0w considering that he has not often made programs that caused a lot of problems for users.

You can download sn0wbreeze 2.2 from here, but I recommend you not use it until tomorrow when I make a tutorial:

UPDATED: As I was saying about new versions and the lack of credibility of IH8sn0w, now he released a new version that you can download from here: [download id=”118″]
