Tim Cook could present iPad 2 instead of Steve Jobs

Although everyone expects Steve Jobs to take the stage on March 2 at the Apple conference and present the iPad 2 to the whole world, it is very possible that Tim Cook, Apple's COO and Steve Jobs' temporary replacement, will be the man in whose hands we will see the iPad 2 for the first time. LA Times wrote an article in which he claims that at the recent general meeting of shareholders, Tim Cook replaced Steve Jobs and it seems that the same thing will happen at the conference on Wednesday, considering the state of health of the CEO of Apple. Personally, I was expecting Steve Jobs to get on stage, to show us that everything is fine and to "enchant" us again with the presentation of an extraordinary product, but unfortunately things could be different.

Apple's Chief Operating Officer Tim Cook is the presumed heir apparent to Steve Jobs.

So all eyes were on Cook as he sat on Jobs' stool onstage at Apple's annual shareholders meeting Wednesday. It was only the second time in a decade that Jobs skipped the meeting.

I don't know if Steve Jobs chose not to participate in this meeting of shareholders to prepare for the conference on March 2 or if he is simply too weak to make public appearances, but it is becoming increasingly clear that the state of the health of the CEO of Apple is rapidly deteriorating.
