Whited00r brings iOS 4.3 for iPhone 2G/3G and iPod Touch 1G/2G

Ever since the release of iOS 4 iPhone 2G and iPod Touch 1G became incompatible with this new software version and starting with iOS 4.3 iPod Touch 2G and iPhone 3G were left on the sidelines by Apple due to the extremely poor performance of the devices. Whited00r is a project that brought iPhone 2G and iPod Touch 1G owners the opportunity to "use iOS 4" by installing some modified custom firmwares of iOS 3.1.3. These custom firmwares had a series of tweaks and themes installed that brought to iOS 3.1.3 almost the same functions as those from iOS 4, but anything is better than nothing, right?

Now the team behind the whited00r project has launched for iPhone 3G and iPod Touch 2G owners custom firmwares that imitate the functionalities of iOS 4.3. Of course, you won't have the same experience, but at least you have something, even if in terms of performance the devices don't manage, even that great. You can download custom firmware for your device from here.
