Scrollingboard Web Browser is a new addon for Scrollingbaord recently released in Cydia that brings iDevice owners the opportunity to browse the Internet directly from the Springboard of their terminal. Scrollingboard is a platform for addons developed by Elias Limneos, the developer of the SBRotator tweak, and allows us to extend the functionality of iOS through the various addons available in Cydia. Scrollingboard Web Browser is installed from Cydia, but it only works if you have Scrollingboard in your system. Scrollingboard Web Browser adds a page to your springboard, the page from which you can access any website on the Internet. From the settings menu, you can choose how to access that page and which homepage to open when you want to browse the Internet.
Scrollingboard Web Browser is available for free in Cydia in the BigBoss repo.
