All available tickets for WWDC sold out in just 10 hours

Last night Apple officially announced that between June 6 and 10 it will hold the annual conference WWDC 2011. To participate in this conference you must be invited by Apple or buy a ticket that costs no less than $1599. You will think that maybe the tickets are too expensive, what happens there is not interesting and people think that the price is too high and it will not go, right? Well, in just 10 hours, Apple managed to sell absolutely all the tickets put up for sale for WWDC 2011, and this is a record because in no other year has there been such a high demand. I thought that Apple would be able to meet the demand for tickets for WWDC 2011, but this is not the case.

Last year, tickets for WWDC were sold in 8 days after they went on sale, with 5000 developers attending the company's conferences. This year the interest is extremely high considering that the tickets were sold in less than a day. Did any of you buy a ticket?
