Images of the first Apple store opened a decade ago

In May 2001 Apple opened the first store in Tysons Corner Center in Virginia. Steve Jobs was dressed exactly as you know him, with the same collared blouse and jeans, and the image above explains to journalist Walt Mossberg the whole concept behind the design of the store. This would be the first of a series of several hundred stores that Apple has opened in recent years, but this year the company will open many more stores both in the US and in the rest of the world. The interior design of the stores has been modified along the way and the way employees interact with customers has evolved, but most importantly, Apple stores have become a point of attraction for tourists and not only.

We are talking about a chain of stores that attracts hundreds of visitors annually and that is overcrowded with customers every time an iDevice is launched. Unfortunately, in this generation, Apple has not arrived in Romania, and my opinion is that it will pass even further and our country will not have an Apple Store. Until then, if you find yourself in a foreign country where there is an Apple Store, don't forget to enter one, you will be amazed.
