Cosmote and internet settings for iPhone

The Cellular Data Network option in iOS allows us to edit the Internet settings for each individual mobile phone operator. This option to enter the settings appears only if we use a terminal on an unofficial network, that is, a network that does not sell iPhones and does not have a mobileconfig specially made by Apple. For the other networks, the option is not available in the Networking menu in iOS and the settings are automatically included in the phone, so you don't have to worry. However, for some people, these settings do not work correctly, and without that option, the respective people cannot connect to the Internet, cannot do tethering, etc.

At Cosmote there is such a problem and I met several users whose internet was not working and they could not set the options for cosmote because they did not have the Cellular Data Network menu active. There is a solution for this problem, a call to Cosmote's customer service who will send you a mobileconfig by email that must be opened from your terminal in order to be installed. A profile is installed that automatically adds the settings and you can use all services without problems. Of course, if you have a jailbreak, you can install a tweak like TetherMe APN Editing that activates the Cellular Data Network menu.
