Those from the Wall Street Journal believe that the new application could be launched on September 22, when Facebook has scheduled an important conference in San Francisco.
The F8 conference was in the past the method by which Facebook launched a good part of the features that have made the social network popular today, and the iPad application could be presented there. The company has not announced anything about the content of the conference, but Mark Zuckerberg will take the stage and probably present the important future changes that will take place in the company. Although in the past Zuckerberg said that the iPad tablet is a computer and does not need a dedicated application, in July we were shown that he actually had other plans and now it remains to be seen if the new application will be presented next month.
