AT&T is blocking employees' vacations for the middle of October in order to launch the iPhone 5

An hour ago Apple announced that on October 4th will present for the first time the new iPhone 4S/5 at AT&T already was announced banning vacations for employees in the first half of October. This prohibition was introduced after that of Apple but for the same period of time, so it is as clear as possible that a new iPhone terminal will be launched then. Apple made it clear today that only an iPhone terminal will be announced on October 4, so it is very possible that we will see either an iPhone 4S or an iPhone 5 then. In addition to the ban on vacations, those from AT&T introduced some new entries into the system which are supposed to be prepared for 6 new Apple products.

As for the official release, it could take place on October 14, as it was rumored today, but everything depends on the release of the GM version of iOS 5. Apple releases a new iPhone terminal about 2 weeks after the release of a new GM version of the new operating system that will appear with the new terminal. Considering that iOS 5 GM has not been released yet, the maximum date on which Phone 4S/5 could be installed is October 14 for now. Although the ban on taking a vacation is announced for the first half of October, both companies can extend the measure if the launch takes place later.

In conclusion, after Apple and AT&T now confirm that the iPhone 4S/5 will be released in the first half of next month.
