This clip was published today on the Internet by those from GSMarena and theoretically we should see an iPhone with a 4-inch screen that could be launched by Apple. Its design is identical to that of the mockups presented so far and to be honest I think it was built just to demonstrate what such a device would look like. The way the menus move and the applications open gives me the impression that a video is playing on the screen and the person in question does not interact with the device itself at all.
My opinion is that that video clip is 100% fake.
