It's official, Apple is launching the iPhone 4S tonight, a device that looks exactly like the iPhone 4 but has the A5 dual-core chip from the iPad 2 and a graphics chip that brings performance up to 7 times better than the previous generation. Unfortunately, absolutely nothing is mentioned about the RAM memory available in the new terminal, so it could be 512 MB or even 1 GB, but we will find out more only after the terminal will be launched on the market and will be in the hands of some services.
