Week I presented you with the statements developers of the Infinity Blade 2 game who claim that Apple's new iPhone 4S has 512 MB of RAM, just like the iPad 2 tablet. Apple's A5 chip was designed to work with this amount of RAM and according to the Chinese which they have an iPhone 4S in their possession, the device really has 512 MB of RAM, just like the iPad 2 but also the iPhone 4. The Chinese have managed to find out the amount of RAM available in the new terminal, but they do not specify how they did this.
Their confirmation is of little importance because the developers of the Infinity Blade 2 game are the best able to provide accurate details considering that they built a game based on the specifications of Apple's new product. Even with 512 MB of RAM, the iPhone 4S is almost 2 times faster than the iPhone 4 in synthetic tests, so the dual-core processor easily carries its weight in the absence of a larger amount of RAM. The iPhone 4S will manage without problems with this amount of RAM because Apple's iOS is optimized to work without problems with the available hardware.
