Samsung removes some functions of the Galaxy S II to sell it in the Netherlands

In August of this year, Apple sued several subsidiaries of Samsung, demanding a ban on the sale of smartphones from the Galaxy series as well as tablets of the Asian company. The companies sued in the Dutch courts by Apple were the ones that supplied Samsung terminals and tablets throughout Europe, so through a favorable decision Apple would have succeeded in blocking the sale of the devices on the entire European continent. A sales ban for three smartphones from Samsung and the Asian company should come into force tomorrow decided to change at the last moment the patent for which sales were prohibited.

More precisely, the Asian company will remove from the UI of its devices the navigation interface among the pictures available in the terminals. This change would ensure the possibility to continue selling terminals in the Netherlands and Europe, giving Samsung a short period of time until a new "attack" by Apple. The disputes between the 2 giants extend to almost all the continents of the globe and for now Samsung has come out more "siphoned" having sales of Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets blocked in Germany.
