Last week Apple released iOS 5 for iDevices and together with it released iOS 4.4 for Apple TV 2G. Then many Apple TV owners rushed to update to the new version of the operating system, but today Apple released a new update that unfortunately generates a lot of problems for users. The new update prevents Apple TVs from working normally, so Apple has withdrawn this version of the operating system from its servers, but those who updated chose an Apple TV 2G that does not work.
If you have not yet updated to the new version of iOS for Apple TV 2G, I recommend that you do not rush until Apple releases iOS 4.4.2 or a revised version of iOS 4.4.1.
