Samsung is appealing the decision banning the sale of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia

The legal battles between Samsung and Apple continue today through an appeal filed by the Asian company against the decision to ban Galaxy Tab 10.1 sales in Australia. Apple won this ban in a court and now it seems that it will have to defend it before the Australian courts. The Samsung company has a similar ban in Germany, a country where it failed to lift it, so it is very possible that the Australian judges will be of the same opinion and the tablet will still remain in the company's warehouses.

Yesterday, an Italian court rejected Samsung's request to ban the sale of the iPhone 4S terminal, and the same thing could happen in France, the country where the Asian company has filed a similar request. So far, Apple has been victorious every time in the battles against Samsung and things don't seem to change since the iPhone 4S was not banned in Italy.

UPDATED: It seems that Apple has sent Samsung product resellers notices informing them that they must stop selling this tablet in Australia. For now, none of the resellers has stopped sales and one is even thinking of not taking this measure until an Australian court summons it.
