The mobile phone operator Cosmote Romania just opened a "pre-order" session for the iPhone 4S terminal launched on October 14 by Apple. The announcement from Cosmote comes more than half a day after the announcement from Orange and Vodafone. From what I managed to find out, this pre-order session will only be available for the first 300 people, and the rest of those interested will be able to buy the device on November 11, when it will be available in Cosmote and Germanos stores. Practically, a form is available on the website that "could" offer customers the possibility to purchase an iPhone 4S terminal at the price of 799 RON.
An iPhone 4S terminal at Cosmote can be purchased at prices starting from 799 RON, a higher price than in the case of Vodafone which offers it for free with subscriptions of 80 euros and again higher than the one from Orange which offers it at prices starting with €180 for €50 subscriptions. Unfortunately, Cosmote doesn't list the prices at which you can purchase the terminal with a subscription, so basically this "pre-order" will only put you on the list to buy the device before the others.

For 48,36 euros (VAT included) per month, the COSMOTE Adventure tariff plan offers 440 national minutes, 2000 minutes on the network, 2000 SMS on the network, 2000 MMS on the network and 2,5 GB of data traffic included.
UPDATED: In practice, you can purchase iPhone 4S at prices starting from 799 RON with a subscription that costs €49 per month.
