Video: How Apple employees learn how to treat customers

  When you are employed at an important company, you go through a training period in which you learn how to treat customers who enter the store. Apple found it a mod quite strange to teach its employees and the video clip above presents the company's strategy as well as possible. Unfortunately, the entire presentation has quite a few problems because we are talking about a "hip hop" video clip which unfortunately is far from being successful even if it was produced by the Apple company. Below are the main principles by which an employee is guided when coming into contact with a client.

A - Approach the customer with a "warm welcome" 
P – Position, Permission, Probe — Tell the customer what you want to do, ask permission, and then ask them questions to determine their needs. 
P – Present the appropriate product solution that fits their needs. 
L - Listen to their concerns. 
E – End with a fond farewell and an invitation to return.
