If so, then look at the awesomeness designed by Asus for the EeePad Transformer Prime tablet. Of course, Apple didn't invent SmartCover, but neither did those from Asus who practically took over the concept from Apple, along with the name, and they did the cover above which, unlike the Apple product, can be folded in a different way but the end result is the same.
I don't know if Apple has a patent on the technology itself, but for the name it probably has a trademark and those from Asus could find themselves with a lawsuit in their hands. The Asus SmartCover it seems interesting, but I for one did not expect to see such a company follow in the footsteps of Samsung. We all know that Samsung steals shamelessly, but now Asus leaves innovation aside and takes the name of a product manufactured by another company and adopts it as its own.
