An hour ago MuscleNerd confirmed as the unlock solution without jailbreak it works and this proves that Apple gives people a ray of hope when the Dev Team sleeps in its slippers. Returning to the topic, the method only works temporarily because the network constantly updates its TMSI, the network identification number, and when this happens you lose the possibility to use the network. In practice, you can do decoding, but it will only take a few minutes/dozens of minutes until the network changes its identification number, i.e. the TMSI, and then you have to repeat the procedure.
MuslceNerd says that a refresh of the TMSI happens quite often for normal operations of using an iPhone, so the decoding method should be short-lived. So far, those who have unlocked have not said anything about this, so I am curious if among you there are people who have unlocked and lost it in a few minutes/tens of minutes. Where the Dev Team cannot, Apple comes and helps. Maybe the engineers from Apple will make a decoding method to help the guys from the Dev Team.
There is a possibility that in Romania this TMSI protocol will not work as explained by MuscleNerd and the decoding will take a long time.
