Video: Siri vs TellMe – round two

Week I presented you a video clip in which Siri was compared to TellMe, the voice command recognition system implemented by Microsoft in Windows Phone 7. Then Siri easily wins the battle, recognizing with much greater accuracy the words spoken by the user, but it seems that the test was not enough right for some so we have the video clip above. In it we have a second test done between the two operating systems and it seems that both are approximately equally good at recognizing spoken words.

Unfortunately, the person who made the video clip has an accent that is not so easy to understand and does not say what English accent Siri has set to, so the correctness is not taken to the end. Even so, the only disadvantage of Siri is that it cannot open applications, which I hope Apple will change in the next iOS update. Otherwise, both systems are quite close in terms of functionality, but we are talking about simple commands, not very difficult to understand.
