I told you a few days ago that Toshiba is going to present at CES 2012 the thinnest tablet in the world and this happened in the preview event of the famous world convention. Toshiba Excite X10 is an Android tablet that is only 7.6mm or 0.3 inch thick, being 1.2mm thinner than Apple's iPad 2 tablet. Unfortunately, the important things stop here because the tablet comes with a 10-inch screen with a 1280x800 resolution, a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 2 and 5 megapixel cameras, practically everything you know already exists in Android tablets.
The new tablet from Toshiba amazes with the fact that it is the thinnest tablet in the world, but otherwise we are talking about a product that does not differ from others in the same category. I did not expect much from Toshiba, they did not announce that they would bring something truly revolutionary and this happened in the end. Of course, in the following days at CES 2012, other much more interesting tablets and smartphones will be presented, it remains to be seen if they will have everything they need to be really worth buying.
