Today the Samsung company announced that a German court gave a contradictory decision to his claims in a lawsuit against the Apple company. For the time being, it is not known what the lawsuit is about, but it is one that is probably related to 3G telecommunications technologies, these being the last lawsuits filed by Samsung against Apple. Those from Samsung have not announced whether they will appeal against the decision given today by the German court, but it is hard to believe that this will not happen considering that Apple introduced some separate actions the other day also in Germany.
(Reuters) - Samsung Electronics Co said on Friday a German court ruled against it in a patent suit against Apple over mobile technologies, and the firm has yet to decide whether to appeal the ruling.
Unfortunately, both companies do not seem willing to give up any of the lawsuits they are currently carrying, although none of the parties has won anything important and lasting.
UPDATE: The process in which a decision was given today is an old one filed by Samsung in the first part of last year and is related to 3G/UTMS telecommunications technologies. Judge Andreas Voss of the Mannheim Regional Court gave the decision, but for now he did not give reasons for it, so in the following days we will find out what was behind it.
