Just two months after the launch of the XBOX Kinect device Intra in the record book being the gaming accessory with the best sales in 60 days. Then Microsoft wins an image victory by having a product that sold 8 million copies in just 2 months and we are talking about a real achievement. Well, now the iPhone 4S could steal this title from the Kinect because the terminal from Apple sold more than 8 million copies in the same period. 4 million iPhone 4S terminals they were sold only in the weekend of the launch and until December 15th, 4.000.001 were definitely sold, so the Apple terminal could be the electronic device with the highest sales in a period of 60 days.
Although the Kinect was considered for the category of electronic devices, the Guinness World Records could omit to take into account the sales of the iPhone 4S if they do not include it in the same category. The iPad tablet was taken into account and is the record holder for the best selling electronic device and the Kinect is the record holder for the best-selling gaming accessory, although theoretically both are part of the same category. It will be interesting to see if Guinness will verify Apple's sales and if it will offer this title to the iPhone terminal.
