Glas.t is an interesting product made by a European company and I say that it is interesting because you would tend to think that it is a foil, but in reality we are talking about a piece of "tempered" glass that protects the screen of an iPhone. Notice in the video clip above that the glass sticks to the screen of an iPhone by itself, and this is because it is treated with a special silicone that allows a much better and simpler attachment. The screen is treated with an oleophobic layer, just like the screen of iDevices, but it is more resistant than these because apparently it scratches much harder and theoretically it would break much harder.
Glas.t is only 0.4mm thick and is 3 times more resistant than a normal foil, but it is hard to say if it offers good enough protection for an iPhone terminal. Glas.t is compatible with iPhone 4/4S and can be purchased for $28 from manufacturer's website.
