Bulletin is a new tweak released last evening in Cydia that allows us to activate the Notifications Center from iOS 5 directly in the Lockscreen. As soon as we install Bulletin, we can lock the terminal and activate the Notifications Center with a simple swype from top to bottom and in the LockScreen we will see the same information that we normally see in the Notifications Center when the terminal is unlocked. Bulletin is not limited to that because as soon as we install it, we will have a button to close the notifications that appear on the screen, and I am referring to the banner type notifications that until recently could not be closed that easily.
Tweak for notification center, use Bulletin you can:
1.Enable pull down notification center at lockscreen.
2. Add close box to notification banner, quick close banner.
3.Make transparent background.
Bulletin only works on iOS 5 and is available for $0.99 in Cydia's BigBoss repo.
