We are pleased to announce that, in order to welcome its customers during this difficult period, COSMOTE Romania will extend by seven days the payment deadline for subscribers in areas affected by snow and severe weather conditions. The seven-day extension will be added to the 17 days that represent the standard payment term (the longest term on the market). Thus, for invoices due in February, the payment term will be 24 days.

Bucharest, February 9, 2012 – Vodafone Romania supports customers living in the 19 counties affected by the extreme weather by extending the bill payment deadline by seven days. This facility is valid for subscribers, natural persons, who live in the isolated localities due to the massive snowfall in the 19 counties: Arges, Braila, Buzau, Calarasi, Constanta, Dambovita, Dolj, Galati, Giurgiu, Gorj, Ialomita, Ilfov , Mehedinti, Olt, Prahova, Teleorman, Tulcea, Valcea and Vrancea.
Also, the Vodafone Foundation donates 5.000 Euros to the Romanian Red Cross, for the actions they carry out in isolated areas, during this period.
