During last evening Apple sent a document to book developers for the iBookStore informing them that starting today new facilities are available for them. For starters, Apple gives developers the opportunity to publish screenshots for books available in the iBookstore, they must have a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels/768 x 1024 and be made in RGB. Apple also offers publishers 50 promo codes for published eBooks, promo codes that can be offered to anyone and can be used in any country.
Finally, Apple introduces the possibility of offering a pre-order book for users, publishers having the possibility to open a pre-order session without displaying a cover of the book to be published.
