The iPad 3 tablet will be launched in a few weeks by the Apple company and many people are wondering what the price of the new product will be. If you have been aware of the launches of iDevices in recent years, then you definitely know how Apple will think about the launch of the new tablet. Although we are talking about the iPad 3 with Retina Display and quite a few internal changes, the price of the new product will not change in the US, that is, the iPad 3 will have a starting price of $499 in the 16 GB Wi-Fi only version and the prices the other versions will remain unchanged in Apple stores.
In Europe there are no guarantees that the prices will remain unchanged and this is because the dollar/euro/other currencies exchange rate is constantly fluctuating and Apple could change the current prices of the tablet taking into account these exchange rate fluctuations plus possible new taxes imposed by governments. In Romania, the starting price of the iPad 2 Wi-Fi could be around the value of 2500/2600 RON, so quite high but similar to last year's. A few weeks after the launch in Romania, the prices will be reduced, in the summer the official resellers will have it on offer, but at first you won't be able to buy it cheap in Romania.
