In January of this year a so-called "dream team"(iOS Jailbreak Dream Team) was formed to develop the untethered jailbreak solution for iPhone 4S and iPad 2 called Absinthe. P0sixninja, MuscleNerd, Planetbeing and Pod 2G are the people who worked on its development and in a few weeks they will speak at an international conference about the security of computer systems. The conference is called HITB, Hack In The Box, and will take place at the end of May and all 4 members will be present there to present to the whole world some information about the process of developing a jailbreak solution for iOS.
By May, I think we will have not only iOS 5.1 but also a possible update for it, so theoretically we should also have a new jailbreak solution for our iDevices, this of course if the "dream team" will have time to deal with something like that. i0n1c it would be understandable that an exploit for iOS 5.1 would be hidden in an App Store application, but considering that we are talking about i0n1c, the information is as unreliable as possible.
