The decision comes before one court hearings which will take place tomorrow in a court in Shanghai and the result of that hearing could be 100% identical to the rest so far, that is, the iPad tablet could also be removed from the stores around Shanghai.

Those from Proview, who are currently in full bankruptcy proceedings, demand from Apple no less than 2 billion dollars as compensation for the period in which the iPad tablet was kept for sale in China. Yesterday Apple accused the CEO of Proview of having done it defamatory statements to the company and threatened to sue him. Apple is now trying to prove that no company can force it to offer money through this kind of process and the chances of an agreement being concluded are minimal at the moment.
Apple will continue to fight in the courts while its tablets will be confiscated by the authorities.
