  Do you have an iPhone 4S coded on a foreign network? If yes, then I inform you that now there is a possibility to decode it using a Gevey card. Gevey Ultra S is available for purchase on the website of the company that produces Gevey cards for iPhone 4 and it promises to decode iPhone 4S with baseband from iOS 5/5.0.1. Gevey started to test these cards last week and seems to have had success with them since he published a section on his website listing the card as available for purchase.

  Gevey Ultra S unlock for iPhone 4S with the following basebands:

  • 1.0.11;
  • 1.013;
  • 1.0.14.

  Gevey Ultra S it is not compatible with iPhone 4 and more importantly, it does not require calling the emergency number 112 to do the decoding. The cards decode any 2G/3G network in the world and can be purchased for $54.99 from this page but their delivery will start between March 3-15.

UPDATE: The people from Gevey published the above video clip a few minutes ago and in it you can see as clearly as possible the fact that that card does the decoding without calling 112, even after the restart. It seems that we have the first completely independent card that unlocks without jailbreak for iPhone 4S.
