Intel announces the processors that will most likely end up in future Macs

Today the Intel company officially announced the future line of Ivy Bridge processors to be launched on April 29. In the list of those from Intel we find processors for desktop/laptops, many of them expensive but all with much better performance than the current ones available in Macs and here we are not only talking about processing power but also about graphics power. Intel Core i7-3720QM/3820QM/3920XM will be launched on April 29 and it is very possible to see some of them implemented in a new MacBook Pro series that could be available in May or maybe even in June after the official presentation of OS X Mountain Lion.

Of course, these are not the only processors that will be available then, and considering their high price, there is a possibility that the models in the image above will end up in the cheap MacBook Air/Pros of the Cupertino company. Regardless of which models will be implemented, it is clear that they bring better performance at the same price, so whatever choice you make, you will have better performance than the Macs available now. Leaving the processors aside, I would like Apple to implement a Retina Display in future Macs.
