Nokia ends up in the situation of Apple, it cannot produce enough Lumia terminals to cover the market demand

The new terminal Lumia 900 of those from Nokia seems to have been received quite well by the Americans because the representatives of the Finnish company announce that they cannot produce enough terminals to cover market demand. No one knows how many Lumia 900 smartphones Nokia would have sold, but AT&T does not have some models in stock, so we are talking about considerable quantities. Although the Lumia 900 terminal had some problems in terms of connectivity, it seems that few people would have chosen to return the device to the stores to change it, so we are talking about a "successful" launch by those from Nokia.

The inventory situation is primarily a function of demand because we are seeing that most customers are opting to keep their units and simply update via Zune. So the impact of customer swaps is insignificant. We are producing more devices to satisfy demand as quickly as possible.

I'm glad to see that a company like Nokia is able to produce a device that attracts a lot of users, but we're only talking about the US here. In Europe mobile operators do not have much faith in Lumia 900, but maybe the US sales numbers will change their minds. I just hope that all this advertising is not just a soap bubble to hide very weak sales because for Nokia it would be a blow from which it would hardly recover.
