The last few days have brought us a lot of rumors about the possible release of some Macs "equipped" with Retina Displays. Unfortunately, I haven't had any 100% sure confirmation and I haven't seen any screen of the new Macs, but everything seems to be heading towards a launch that will take place in the summer. The new Macs would come with double resolutions compared to the current ones and with a number of pixels per inch that will not be visible with the naked eye from a normal distance, so the great screens in iDevices would make their appearance on Macs.
I have been waiting for Macs with Retina Display for a while to buy a MacBook and if Apple releases them this summer, then I think I will make a purchase. If the Macs will have the same prices as before, but the Retina screens will turn out to be really great, then I for one am determined to buy such a MacBook, but I would be curious to know what your intentions are.
