iPhone 5 with 3.9 inch screen and 1136 x 640 pixel resolution is tested by Apple

After all the rumors that seemed to be safe the launch of an iPhone 5 with a 4-inch screen or larger, here we are now hearing for the first time about the possible launch of an iPhone with a 3.9-inch screen and 1136 x 640 pixel resolution. Those from 9to5mac they obtained information that makes it clear that this device is now being tested by the Apple company and in fact the company has two terminals under test on its campus. N41AP (5,1) and N42AP (5,2) are the codenames of these two devices, both with larger screens, but absolutely nothing is known about the design.

The new iPhone would have a screen with a diagonal of 3.95 inches, but we are talking about an increase in height and not in width. The terminal would be 3.45 (100mm) inches tall, 1.94 (49mm) inches wide and have a screen ratio of 16:9, so Apple is seriously changing the way everything will show on the screens of its terminals. This new screen displays 176 pixels more than the current one and it seems that iOS 6 has displayed a fifth row of icons in the Homescreen, so the concepts published so far seem to have been close to what Apple is going to present. Apps are configured to display more content on these screens, too here you have a concept which demonstrates how everything will look.

In addition to the previously mentioned changes, Apple also intends to implement a new USB connector that would have an intermediate size between Micro and mini USB, but no one knows 100% for sure what it looks like. iPhone 5 will keep its Retina Display, it would be bigger and we will probably see a new design, but all are just rumors for now.
