iPhone 5 will work with nano-SIM cards, AT&T is already testing them

Yesterday I told you that iPhone 5 will have 1 GB RAM, NFC chip and will be compatible with 4G LTE networks, and today I'll tell you that he will come equipped with nano-SIM and that these new cards are already being tested by the American operator AT&T. Apple did not offer its partners iPhone 5 for tests, only nano-SIMs and adapters, and those from AT&T are not the only ones who test them. More operators around the globe tests the new nano-SIMs in order to check if they work properly on mobile networks and will be ready for use as soon as the iPhone 5 is available.

Multiple carrier sources have exclusively told BGR that Apple is supplying nano-SIM adapters so its carrier partners can test how nano-SIMs work on their networks in standard test devices before they are widely deployed when the new iPhone is introduced.

If Apple has not yet offered the iPhone 5 for testing to those from AT&T, then it is clear that the device is still not close to the final stages of testing and that a few good weeks will pass before the Chinese will start producing the new device.
