The application is specially developed for Cosmote and Romtelecon customers, providing them with 35 channels that can be viewed for free and without consuming subscription traffic. Unfortunately, the rest of the users cannot use the application to watch Live TV or any other shows, so you must be a Cosmote or Romteleocm subscriber.
The whole system also works with the help of an iPhone/iPad application that you can download for free by pressing the Download button from the App Store.

Customers of the two companies will be able to watch the video content online for free until August 26, 2012.
Romtelecom and COSMOTE Romania customers will no longer miss their favorite TV program and will always be able to support their favorite team at all important matches, whether they are out with friends, on a trip or even at the pool. All they have to do is download and install the Dolce Mobile TV powered by COSMOTE application on their mobile phones or tablets and watch the TV programs in the grid. Dolce Mobile TV, powered by COSMOTE is available for terminals with Android 2.3 or later versions, and for devices with the iOS 4.0 operating system or later and can be downloaded from the Play Store (for Android) and the App Store (for iOS).
