Samsung destroyed evidence that could be used in the lawsuit against Apple

Samsung she was accused, in front of a court, by the Apple company that it would have destroyed evidence that would have helped to find out the truth in at least one of the processes that the companies have in progress. Apple says that two federal courts have ruled that Samsung destroyed evidence while both companies were in legal disputes, and jurors in the current trial must know this. Samsung is accused of deleting important emails that were related to this process even though it was obliged not to do so, and the company should of course be punished for this.

Apple brings into discussion the statements of another judge who declared that Samsung continued to delete evidence even after the court told it to stop doing so, the Asians doing the same in several similar cases. Basically, Samsung deletes evidence to cover its back, not giving those from Apple the weapons it needs to prove that its patents have been violated. What Samsung is doing is not right, it is not moral, but for now it seems that no one can really stop it, so Apple has to find other ways to defend itself.
